The shoes were featured in a magazine a few years ago. Marc Jacobs is the designer and I’m sure he was inspired by the platform shoes of the 70”s, because I had a pair of shoes back then that were haunting similar, mine were navy blue, just to share. This piece was shown in a show in Brooklyn and my hope was that Marc Jacobs would be attending the show, see my work and make me apart of his artistic team (forever)!

Unfortunately that did not happen, but the show was great and well, aren’t shoes always a part of the big success dream.
